16Choir Tour to Denmark from 9th September 2017 to 23rd September 2017
The choir will tour Denmark from 9th September 2017 to 23rd September 2017. The purpose of the tour is to give members of the Nairobi Chamber Chorus, (NCC) who are all young, educated semi-professional musicians the opportunity to travel to Denmark so as to experience the rich musical culture of Denmark and also to share Kenya's music with Danish communities.
The project aims to promote intercultural exchange and expand the Kenyan musicians' knowledge by introducing them to the rich Danish music culture through direct contact with Danish choirs of high professional standard and village choirs. In addition to delivering the rich Kenyan (African) music to the Danish people through a number of concerts and lectures to be held for the students at musical and common educational centers in Denmark. The tour is jointly funded by the Horne Mandskor Choir, Denmark and the Royal Danish Embassy, Nairobi, Kenya

06New year special
The Nairobi Chamber Chorus will tour South East USA from October 10th to October 18th 2015 with planned stops in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and Florida. Their U.S. hosts will be The Festival Singers of Florida who will perform with the NCC during the tour.
